Teflon FEP special usage heat shrinkable sleeve, provides anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion and electric insulation for the inside
materials. Shrinking temperature is around 100 to 200˚C. Compared with Teflon FEP heat shrinkable sleeve, Teflon FEP
special usage heat shrinkable sleeve is the bigger shrink ratio sleeve, which can package and cover the inside material
even though the material size is small. It can be easily installation at the site with a heat gun. Diameter will shrink 24%,
length will be increase 7% ( when heated to 150˚C). |
| Characteristics: |
1. Solvent, chemical resistance:
Except the dissolved Alkali and high temperature fluorine gas, it can resist most of the Corrosive fluid.
2. Temperature application range:
It can be used from low temperature up to 260˚C.
3. Low friction:
No stickiness even though for the high sticky fluid.
4. No pollution:
Because it does not have plasticizers and additives, so it has no pollution for the fluid inside the tube.
5. Electric insulation:
It has outstanding electric property in the insulations.
6. It is the flame retardant material. Sunlight and ozone have little effect on it.
